Got my first pair and took them for a test run.. totally a game changer for balance and stability in the gym. The closest thing to Barefoot that you could find.. grounding is right, you feel so grounded in these shoes, they have a nice wide toe box, super flexible especially when the toes need to bend for planks or quadruped holds. I have a bunion issue, these really allow me to move comfortably in my range of motion. I didn’t find them comfortable when on a long walk on a paved surface, but that isn’t what I bought them for! I have specific shoes for that. These are my lifting shoes, bought 2 more pairs cause you know a girl has to be color coordinated right!
