    01 - Sleep Study

    This study quantified the effects of grounding sheets on sleep quality in adults with chronic sleep problems. After a month of using grounding sheets, the results showed significant improvements in REM sleep, time to fall asleep, and fewer nighttime awakenings compared to the control group. Participants also reported reduced stress and increased general wellbeing.

    02 - Inflammation Study

    In this study, participants with inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia used grounding sheets daily. After a month, blood tests showed a significant reduction in inflammatory markers such as CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α. Participants reported improved health and reduced symptoms of their conditions.

    03 - Psychology Study

    This cross-study involved 200 office workers during a period of high stress. Those who used grounding sheets reported significant improvements in psychological stress, anxiety levels, and mood compared to those who did not use the sheets. The results, measured through DASS-21 and PSS, showed clear benefits of grounding sheets for promoting psychological wellbeing and energy.

    Do grounding sheets require special care or maintenance?

    Grounding sheets are easy to care for. Machine wash at 40 degrees with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener as it can affect the conductive fibers, and preferably don't tumble dry. This ensures that the sheet's grounding effect is maintained.

    Can I have a regular sheet over the grounding sheet?

    For optimal grounding effect, we recommend direct contact with the sheet. You can have a thin sheet over it and still get an effect, but it won't be as strong. Many of our customers start with a thin sheet over and then transition to direct contact when they feel comfortable with the concept.
